Computer Troubleshooters Ireland was established by Enda Folan in 2003 with a base in Bearna, Galway as the head office. With Franchisees throughout the country over the years, the Bearna office has remained a constant and now the service centre resides in the heart of Bearna Village.

A family business that is continuing to the next generation, with Niall and Sinéad taking over from Enda. Along with Sean, they run the local office and offer a friendly and knowledgeable service.

Computer Troubleshooters is the largest international network of locally owned and operated franchised IT service centres. Started in 1997, Computer Troubleshooters has over 300 franchise locations worldwide in 9 countries, including Ireland / Northern Ireland.

Over the past 20 years, we have grown and evolved within the IT Services industry to provide our customers with leading-edge solutions and products, designed to fit the unique needs of small business and residential customers.

The business has adapted to the changes in technology from 85% of businesses using the internet back in 2008, with close to 100% of businesses online in 2023. Computer Troubleshooters has moved with technology from mainly offering maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting service to a full cyber-security and cloud solutions operation, while still maintaining that local feel of supporting the home users. By combining the friendly personal service of a small locally owned business, with the support and knowledge of a large international team of experts, Computer Troubleshooters offers its customers a unique solution for their IT service needs becoming the IT department for Small-Medium size businesses.
